Achievement Assembly

24th November 2017

On Friday 24th November at 9.15am, Kingston Park held their first Achievement assembly for this year. We started off with pianists Kirsty Mowat, William Hoggins and Benjamin Wang as the children and adults came into the Hall to start the celebrations.
 
The first awards were for Bronze certificates for children who have received 5 show and tell certificates. There were 27 children who were awarded their Bronze certificate. 
 
After the Bronze awards Zac Henderson and Sam Hedley performed a lovely guitar duet called 'Russian Girl'.
 
The second awards were for Silver certificates for children who have received 10 show and tell certificates. There were 17 children who were awarded their Silver certificate.
 
After the Silver awards Ethan Cheung performed a piano solo entitled 'In the Hall of the Mountain King'. 
 
The next awards were for Gold certificates for children who have received 15 show and tell certificates. There were 13 children who were awarded their Gold certificate. Straight after the Gold awards were the Platinum awards  for children who have received 20 show and tell certificates. There were 17 children who were awarded their Platinum certificate.
 
There was another beautiful musical guitar duet from Melissa Rauer and Libby Scott playing 'Lowdown'. 
 
The Diamond awards were presented next to those children who have received 25 show and tell certificates. There was a total of 7 children who received their Diamond award.
 
Frank Whitfield then performed a fantastic guitar solo called 'Atholl Highlander'. 
 
The last awards were presented to children who had achieved their Pearl award, meaning they have received 30 show and tell certificates. There were 4 children who received their Pearl award.
 
A massive well done to all the children who received an award! We hope to see even more awards being presented next time.
