Year 5 and 6 have recently taken part in CPR training workshops ran by CPRis. CPRiS is a society set up by a group of students at Newcastle University. As a society, they teach basic life support skills in primary schools and in youth groups. CPR is a crucial skill and can make all the difference when you're waiting for help to arrive. Year 5 and 6 have thoroughly enjoyed being taught these life saving skills and practising on Resusci Annie. We hope to invite CPRis back into school in the near future to run a parent workshop.
