Year 5 Body HIIT session

During their weekly P.E. session, Year 5 took part in a 15 minutes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session that was streamed live nationwide with Joe Wicks the Body Coach. The session was aimed at schools to promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Year 5 really enjoyed participating in the session but everyone was really tired afterwards after trying very hard!
